First baseman Tyler McPeak was selected as this week’s Rob Stover Farm Bureau ZooKeepers Player of the Week.

McPeak, who plays college baseball at Lenoir-Rhyne, leads the ZooKeepers and ranks No. 4 in the Coastal Plain League this season with 20 RBI. He also has four home runs on the season, including two last week against Boone and Macon.

Of McPeak’s 20 RBIs on the season, 10 of them came in the last week, as he had three games with multiple RBIs.

McPeak is the second ZooKeeper to take home the weekly honor this season, joining Florida State pitcher Drake Flowers.
