Randolph County Post 45 will co-host a six-team Legion tournament this weekend with Rowan County. Several of the tournament games will be played at McCrary Park on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 

The six teams competing in the tournament are Randolph County Post 45, Rowan County, Chatham County, Cleveland County, Morgantown, West Virginia and St. Mary’s, Maryland. Games between the six teams will be played at McCrary Park in Asheboro and Catawba College in Salisbury. 

Post 45 will play its first game of the tournament tonight at approximately 7:30 p.m. against Morgantown West Virginia at McCrary Park. Post 45 will play a doubleheader on Saturday before closing its tournament with a game on Sunday.

Admission for all Friday and Sunday games at McCrary is $7. Tickets for Saturday’s doubleheaders will be $10. Concessions will be sold at all games at McCrary. The gates will be manned by the Randolph County Kiwanis Club, Post 45’s sponsor.
